Do you do residential service calls?

Yes! Mid-States Fitness Repair services commercial and residential equipment in the Southwest Missouri as well as Northwest Arkansas.

When can you schedule my service call?

We will try to schedule you as soon as possible. If you are located in Springfield, MO or the surrounding area we generally have next day to 3 day scheduling available. During busy times we may be booking about 5 business days out.

Why is my service call scheduled with an arrival window?

An arrival window is a block of time when our technicians might arrive. We generally  give a 2 hour time window for the technicians to arrive. While our we wish we could give you a more specific time countless opportunities to delay the tech’s schedule can occur.

What can I expect during my service call?

Our trained service technician will arrive at your home or business and inspect the equipment to assess any problems, as well as any undetected problems. The technician will also perform a complete tune-up on your equipment to maintain it in top condition.

While we try to stock common parts it’s not always possible to have the  part in stock. If your equipment needs parts we will provide an estimate and once approved we can order parts. When the parts arrive we can schedule a time to do the repair.

Will my equipment be repaired on the first visit?

It’s hard to say until a technician is able to inspect and diagnose the issue. If your machine requires a part that we do not stock the technician will have to order the part and make a return visit.

How long will my repair take?

Repair times can vary. Depending on the nature of the visit repair times can take 45 to 90 minutes. If additional parts are needed there may be additional time needed.

Do you used OEM or aftermarket parts?

We prefer to use and quote OEM parts when we can. We can quote aftermarket parts.

Whats the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts?

When you buy an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture) part you’re buying a part that was designed and sourced by the original manufacture for your unit. << That’s a pretty big deal.  Aftermarket parts are made by other supply companies that try to mimic the original product. Aftermarket parts are generally cheaper in price but quality can vary greatly. see more..

Do you do warranty calls?

Yes, we do warranty calls for most major manufactures. We do warranty calls for Lifefitness, Spirit, Precor, and more.
